What is this about?
Getting the loan, that is what it is about. How would you like to present a program that will give your prospect the peace of mind they need in
this trying market?
You will breathe life into homebuyers and builders alike. What is the number one objection a home buyer will give to their realtor or builder? "I'm afraid to buy this house because I /we might lose our jobs." They are worried about getting laid off, and this program will protect them.
This is a program everyone should consider.
Who may participate?
This opportunity is available to Branch Managers, Loan Officers, and Processors.
(Please get approval from your Branch Manager if you are an LO or Processor.)
How do I start?
If you haven't already heard of this program, start by reading our press release to gain a better understanding. Our press release went into circulation around Thanksgiving. Yes, we are giving thanks for this one. We are the FIRST national lender to participate. If you are interested,
click here to send an email.
We installed banners on the corporate website to collect leads from any interested parties. You may also install a banner on your branch website, which will click through to a page telling your customer about the program. Best of all, it includes a page to collect their name and email address, plus a few other bits of info.
Here is an example on a demo site. The banner will be installed on your home page, and you may see an example here, which is the one without the Rainy Day logo. However, we have both, if you wish to include the Rainy Day logo, it will look like this example.
What else can I do?
Submit the AHMCC and H.E.L.P. press release to newspapers, TV stations, periodicals.
See below for the press release. Keep in touch with us, we love to hear success stories.
We have already heard from a few branches: McGehee Woolf did a presentation for the NBC television affiliate
in Baton Rouge and Vin Biscoglio did a radio spot in Connecticut to discuss the benefits of the Rainy Day Program, and
most recently Jeff Velez was published in the Orlando Business Journal.
